Also, if you would like to walk in our neighborhood it is very quiet, safe and private with sidewalks. You can easily walk to CVS and Panera Bread (only a 9 minute walk)

The house Welcomes Couples and Families. It is Newly Remodeled, Clean, Up Scale, Spacious 4 Bedroom /Comfortably Sleeps 8 people / 2.5 bathrooms with brand new hardwood floors throughout the entire home.

The house is all one floor with new furniture, including mattresses, towels and bed linens. We use white towels and sheets so they can be bleached every time so they are kept fresh and clean for our guests. We have also provided the house with some family fun card and board games. There is a smart TV in every bedroom and a 75 inch smart TV in the living room.

The outside pool area is absolute serenity and private. There are no neighbors in the direct back of the house just beautiful palm trees and lots of butterflies from the flowers. The outside is completely protected by the Lanai, which lets you to stay bug free while taking a dip in the pool or when watching your favorite show on the new outside smart TV all while using the new BBQ Grill.

The kitchen is very bright and clean with all the basic cooking utensils you might need. There is a dishwasher, induction cook top, and brand new ovens. There is also a washer dryer for your use, so you will never run out of towels. There is free parking on the driveway only up to 3 cars.

We have surveillance recording cameras and including ring cameras and ring doorbell with the ability for picture and sound only around the OUTSIDE of the property front, back, and both the sides of the house including the outside of the pool patio area this is for our safety and guests safety. There are NO cameras inside the living space of the property.

The house has 4 beach chairs that you can bring with you to and from the beach (please also use beach chairs for outside lawn area please do not remove any patio furniture outside the Lanai area or rearrange any furniture inside or outside the property) We also provide 8 beach towels that you can take to the beach.

Please note we do not have any baby amenities and no safety equipment for babies at this house by renting this house you’re responsible for your children inside and outside of the property. The pool can be heated for an extra $25.00 a day. (subject for availability, we are unable to control mechanically issues that may arise without notice that might effect the pool being able to be heated during your stay or pool temperature because of weather interference) ***Important Please note there is NO child proof fence around the pool***

If you rent the house for a month or longer we require you to pay for two house cleanings per month

*Please note If you take any items from the house you will he charged for these items.

Guest Self Check-in: anytime 3pm or later
Check-out: is 11am

Guest: will be provided with a private number code for entrance via email for self check-in a few days prior to stay

* Please make sure you read our cancellation policy before booking we make no exceptions.

* There will be an extra charge of $50.00 fee for checking out past the 11am checkout time. (We only make exceptions if you ask us prior and if we can accommodate late checkout we will do our best)

* Please also note I have a brand new kitchen table but the chairs are on back order (there is still plenty of tables and seating throughout the house such as dinning table with 8 chairs, 2 kitchen stools at kitchen counter, 2 large sofas with tables 2 end chairs, outside dinning table with 6 chairs, and outdoor sofa, lounge chairs and plenty of additional chairs outside.)

The house is fully stock but be mindful that sometimes things run out even thought we try really hard to stay on top of things. Please note we do not supply paper towels or laundry soap. We do however supply kitchen hand towels, body soap, hand soap, and dish soap.
