The main level features an, open-concept layout, perfect for hosting a large group:

✔ 3 Bedrooms located on this level with King beds and TVs in every room. Master Bedroom has an attached bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a desk, perfect for those who need a space to work.

✔ Main Dining Room: A spacious dining table that comfortably seats 20, set beside large windows showcasing stunning mountain views—perfect for group meals and gatherings.

✔ Fully Equipped Kitchen: Offers all appliances, dinnerware, a coffee bar, and waffle station. It’s perfect for cooking family meals or preparing snacks for outdoor adventures. For cooking or grilling, we have pots, pans, and basic spices available for your use.

✔ Living Room: Spacious hangout space with comfy sofas and a 4k Smart TV that connects to the Sonos speaker system.

✔ 2 Full Baths are located on this level (1 in master bedroom and 1 other bathroom).

✔ Dinette Area: A bright, cozy dinette area with comfortable seating, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee.

The loft of the house is ideal for children or a large group with its open concept.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and property. The only area off limits are the two owners closets.
Other things to note
Access to the property does require driving through unpaved roads and a small steep section leading up to the house. An AWD vehicle is recommended. We promise the views are worth it!

Basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and coffee provided but you may need to stock up for longer duration stays.

Guests can bring firewood for the fire-pit. We do not provide firewood unless previous guests left it behind.

Our refrigerator has an icemaker but it is recommended to purchase ice for longer stays.

Cable TV is not provided. You may log into your streaming Apps of choice on the Smart TVs.
