Other Things to Note:

A few helpful details before you arrive:

This unit is located inside The Historic Western – Est. 1895, one of Sheridan’s most storied buildings. Expect charm, craftsmanship, and character.

All four units inside the property are managed by Wyo Stays, Sheridan’s premier boutique-style hospitality group.

Upstairs units are long-term rentals and part of the original residential design of the Western.

The building is secure, historic, and community-minded. Theres a few quirks to the building, there may be some creaks and squeeks here and there, but the walls are thick! We provide additional space heaters as needed, but in the deep cold winters the historic building takes time to heat up.

We offer add-on guest services, including:

Early check-in / late checkout (based on availability)

Grocery pre-stocking

Special occasion setup (anniversaries, birthdays, romantic touches)

Hiking, dining, and western-history itineraries

Mid-stay cleanings

Your hideout is more than a room—it’s a story, a legend, and a place to recharge while Wyo Stays takes care of the details.

We give you space, but we’re always close when you need us.
