We stayed 2 nights in this unit before a cruise. The view…WOW!!! The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and more spacious than we expected. The complex is very secure and in a great location easily walkable to Pike’s Market, the ferry terminal, Target/CVS, and tons of restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

Great views from this lovely place! We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine on the balcony and watching boats coming in and out of the harbor. The unit is exactly as described - everything was in great shape, the bed was comfy, and it was super handy to have a washer/dryer right in the room. The location is perfect for accessing Pike Place Market, restaurants, and public transportation. Don't miss visiting the Seattle Art Museum.

Fantastic location. Clean apartment. Very communicative host. Great stay. Only one small issue which could be a larger issue during hotter weather. Unit 1604 does not have air conditioning. I did not see that written anywhere in the property listing, only in property instructions once booked. It's possible that I initially missed it in the VRBO listing, but it should be made more clear to avoid any unpleasant surprises during hot weather.

It's very important to note that if you would like AC, you need to put it in your search on VRBO. It's definitely in our listing. We provide a rental agreement upon booking that has a section about climate (this guest signed right away). We also provide a few fans. Please read everything provided and you won't have any issues. You can’t beat the location and view! You are within walking distance to many attractions and dining options including the Pike Place Market. The private balcony was nice and we used it daily. This apartment is in a very secure building and the front desk was very helpful with questions we had. Don’t miss the 25th floor views from the SE tower. Be aware that the apartment does not have air conditioning. We opened the bedroom and living room windows and heard street noise into the night and in the early morning. There are several fans in the apartment that you can also use. The listing mentioned heat but did not mention no air conditioning.

Glad another guest had a great time. Many residences in Seattle are do not have AC. There is no place on VRBO to click "no AC" you can only click if you have AC, just like you can click if you have heat. So if AC is really important to you, make sure you are filtering by places that have AC. We came to Seattle for the weekend and stayed here. It is even better than it looks in the photos. We would stay here again just for the view and quality of the apartment, but the location is also amazing. We didn't have to drive anywhere as destinations like the art museum, waterfront, Irish pubs, great restaurants, and Park Place Market are within a couple of blocks. We also rented the parking place offered as we drove here and would advise others with cars to do the same as the street and lot parking is time limited and very expensive.

We had a wonderful stay.The atmosphere was so nice with plenty of activities, restaurants, bar, brewery and shopping galore. There was never a dull moment as a matter of fact we will need to come back to participate in other activities that we could not get to. And our host, Debra was amazingly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. She accommodated all requests with grace and excellent customer service. We highly recommend this place and have already highlighted this place to our friends and family members
