Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bag trash and place in outside bins; set curbside if trash day.
Turn off lights/electronics, set AC to 78°F (summer)/72°F (winter), lock all doors and windows.
Leave used towels in the laundry basket; beds can remain unmade.
Return pool furniture.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and before 9:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Unconfirmed guests will be charged $40 per night for the full length of the stay.
Any attempt to block, tamper with, or disable security cameras will result in a $500 penalty.
