Cape Escape on the Water / Heated Pool

I am excited to present this exquisite 4 -bedroom, 2-bathroom modern waterfront home, perfectly situated minutes from the river. This property boasts direct Gulf access, making it a boater’s paradise with a heated pool for your enjoyment.

This home features a smoker and a blackstone grill for your BBQ experience. We also have added enjoyment with an outside cabana to sit with your refreshing drink and watch the dolphins playing in the canal. You can be doing all of this while watching the boat traffic in the canals. Located just 1/2 from the river, this home offers not only luxury but also the feeling of a resort vacation. Don't forget about the new Boathouse restaurant and Marina that will be a short walk from this home (due to be open 2026)

The kitchen offers all amenities as well as a blender for your frozen cocktails, bath towels, beach towels, an outside grill, lounge chairs by the pool. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Umbrella and coolers for the beach..If we are missing something please let us know and we will do our best to make sure we get it for you!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash towels
Leave linens on beds
Clean grill $75 charge if not cleaned
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You must clean up after your pet or there will be a per day pet fee for clean up
$75 charge if you do not clean the grill before vacating
$25 per load of laundry over 2 loads
