The house was clean, but there was a water bottle laying on the floor in the house and some of the turf in the Mario game room was out. The Minion slide was very unstable and some of it was not screwed together. I was afraid for my small kids to play on it. The Mario slide was fun, but goes very fast if you have very young kids. We loved everything else about it. The towels and comforters were in their individual packaging.
