Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not lock the screen/storm door after checking out. Make sure front and back porch light are turned off as well. Trash should go in the trash can outside on the side of the house.
Trash day is Friday morning. Which means Thursday night the can needs to go to the street curb. If you have booked on these days, it is your responsibility to handle to trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My family and I are from this area. This is still our home especially when were back in Michigan. I am a SAHM who loves to travel and spend time with my family. I love drinking coffee, watching a good horror flick or reading/listening to a good book. My whole life I've worked in customer service. I started from the bottom as a regular associate. And made it to the top as a Store Manager. With that being said I understand the importance of providing great service.
Why they chose this property
What I love about this neighborhood is that it feels like family. Everybody knows each other and we look out for one another. I have Law Enforcement on my block. Both neighbors to my right and left have been there since forever. Like, three generations of their families raised here.
What makes this property unique
Honestly, what's unique about my home to me is that this is my first home I've brought.
