The Space:

This thoughtfully appointed loft may be reserved individually or combined with Osage to create a seamless six-bedroom retreat—perfect for larger groups or multi-family stays.

The first bedroom features a queen bed with its own private en-suite bath. A second bedroom includes a king platform bed, conveniently located near an adjacent half bath. The master suite offers a king platform bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and serene views overlooking the water—an ideal space to unwind.

Thoughtful amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, high-speed Wi-Fi, a shuffleboard table for entertainment, and a private deck with water views. A washing machine and dryer are provided within the unit for added convenience.



House Rules & Booking Policies



🚭 Strict No-Smoking & No-Vaping Policy

This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free holiday rental. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, outdoor areas, decks, patios, pool area, gazebo, and driveway. A $250 violation fee will apply if smoking-related evidence is found, including cigarette butts, smoke odour, residue, or other remnants.



🎉 No Parties or Events

Parties, events, and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect the property, neighbors, and community during your stay.



🐾 Strict No-Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property. If you are travelling with a service animal, required documentation must be provided and approved before your stay. A $250 additional fee will apply if there is evidence of an unauthorised pet on the property.



👤 Minimum Age Requirement

The primary guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.



📄 Rental Agreement & Check-In Information

After booking, the primary guest will receive a text message with a link to the rental agreement. The agreement must be completed before check-in information can be provided. If the required agreement is not completed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the reservation may be subject to cancellation without a refund.



🏡 HOA & Community Rules

Guests are required to follow all applicable HOA and community rules throughout their stay. Any HOA violation that results in a fine will be passed directly on to the guest responsible. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules and accept responsibility for any applicable fines or violation fees incurred during your stay.

The Area:

You are located above the prestigious 1932 Reserve Restaurant. Please indulge in the delicacies they offer as a high end restaurant and bar, we however do not provide any discounts for guests.



Getting Around:

You will park behind the building and walk down the steps on the right side of the building. Your unit will be to your left on the first platform of the steps.



Other Things to Note:

Please do not contact the restaurant for things you may need such as towels, etc. They are a separate entity and will not be able to assist. Please contact Aubrey or text our help line for immediate assistance.
