To keep The Framehaus a peaceful and comfortable haven for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

* Pets: We love them, but unfortunately, they’re not permitted inside the condo.
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM to maintain a restful atmosphere for all guests.

• Smoking: Strictly not allowed inside the unit. A designated smoking area is available at the Roof Deck for your convenience.
