Guests can relax in the attached sun room with beautiful wicker furniture or on the back patio overlooking a koi pond and lush gardens. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a king bed with a top of the line Dream cloud mattress. Walk in closet. Master bathroom with shower and tub duo. Second bedroom has a queen Dream cloud mattress and walk in closet. Third bedroom has two twin beds, a trundle twin mattress, a large closet, and an Xbox gaming console with games. There is a full bath with shower in the main hallway centered around all the bedrooms. Sun room on the main floor has a full sofa sleeper. Property also includes a pack and play and an air mattress. All blankets and pillows new and included. Guests provide their own sheets and towels.

Home is fully furnished, clean, and very organized. All kitchen items in excellent condition and furniture is new. All bedrooms and living spaces have smart TVs. WiFi included.
We also provide games and beach supplies. 8 beach chairs, 3 body boards, a skim board, umbrella, sand toys, a beach cart, 3 tennis rackets, and 4 pickleball paddles. We also provide access to our 4 brand new beach cruiser bicycles and locks.
