Excellent host and great communication. In walking distance to the Toyota Center and great restaurants. They are older apartments and you can hear the street noise however, it did not bother us. Overall good experience.

Host made check in easy and the room was clean. Took away a star because the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. There is also no free parking just an fyi. Other than that all was good and like i said the host made everything easy and was very responsive.

The room is clean. The host replies on the app. I did not bring a pet so I am not if this apartment complex is pet-friendly. Resident who hang out outside are respectful.
