Our new remodeled apartment, one bedroom and one bathroom, with private hut tub and just one block away from the best beach of San Juan. Charming with everything you need for up to four guest. One king size bed and a one convertible bed for two, Air Conditioning system, and WiFi. One of the best relaxing and secure neighbors of the San Juan and Metropolitan Area. Nearby beaches, airport, shopping malls and entertainment venues, very good restaurants nearby, all within walking, Uber or own rental. Walk to the park, beach, restaurants, bar and other nearby venues.

We are always available to the guest willingness during your stay as well with we have an in-house concierge. It will be our pleasure to assist you in any need that you may have while staying with us. We can also assist you with tickets, tours, shows, restaurants and/or things to do. Guest have access to three nearby beaches, one surfing beaches, pool, terrace and balcony all within the property. Also nearby the property have a park with tennis court, basketball court, soccer field and park.
