Whether you’re gathering for a quiet evening or planning your next outing, this superb house provides a comfortable and quaint retreat. Enjoy the large deck with a great view of Pikes Peak! You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place with mountain views! You will be minutes away from endless ATV and hiking trails, an hour and a half from skiing at Breckenridge, and plenty of gold water fishing!

My wife and I got to love the mountains and snowboarding, then soon decided to move to CO! We like the quiet town of Divide, still being able to access all we need in a short drive. Having the National Forest just minutes away is beyond amazing. We enjoy four wheeling and hiking with our two dogs. We do reside in the basement of the property, it has a walk out basement so guests have full privacy to the upper levels of the home. You may see us briefly as we work form our home office located along the driveway.
