Oceanside with pool. This 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home features an open living area with a custom granite kitchen with breakfast bar and pantry, a dining room and living room with gas fireplace. All new appliances and Smart TVs. The six bedrooms include a master suite with a custom master bath with jetted tub and shower; a large walk-in closet and a wet bar; Junior Suite includes a Queen size bed; 2 additional junior suites with 1 King and 2 Queen size beds and full baths; 1 bunk bed room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds and an additional bunk bed room with 1 set of twin beds. A spacious family room for entertaining or relaxing completes the interior of the home. Plenty of Parking for 8-10 cars. An in-ground pool and rooftop deck truly makes this a vacation home. All rentals parties must have a 28 year old present during their stay.

In light of the recent Covid-19 epidemic, we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our guests. Our professional cleaning service will be sanitizing all areas after their standard thorough cleaning. We have also installed air scrubbers throughout the house to ensure that all contaminants are removed from the air and surfaces. Great home, great location.

This is our second stay at this home, and it did not disappoint. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. Easy walk to the beach. The layout of house is 4 floors, including deck, which allows for separation when needed. House is very comfortable with all the amenities you need.

This house was perfect for our family gathering - 7 Adults and 3 kids. Pool was a plus. There are 3 floors plus rooftop deck, allowing space for all of us to relax. Host was very responsive when I contacted him during our stay.

Great Vacation - Great House

This large, super equipped beach house with a pool just a short walk from the beach provided us with everything we needed for one of our best vacations! Three generations of my family had plenty of room to gather together or spread out in the house. Hours of fun were spent around the pool! Great place, highly recommend!

Perfect Shore Escape

Believe the VRBO title and reviews - this is the epitome of a luxurious stay and everything you could want for your LBI dream vacation. First full family getaway

My husband and I, our four adult children, their children and/or significant others for the first time decided to get away together! It was fabulous the house was perfect for us and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Tried to book again for next year same time with an additional day or two but weren’t able to do so as a week is now required. The house was perfect for us! We were 7 adults and 7 children and the space was more than enough! Bedrooms were roomy, the pool was very clean as well as the entire house! Just a short walk to the beach and the backyard was private and well maintained. The house was very well taken care of and everything was labeled for guest convenience. Lovely Property

Really great property. Everything was clean and up-to-date. All appliances are new and up-to-date. Pool and furniture outside is clean and in great condition. Bed linens included, as well as pantry and paper goods which is a big plus as well. Owner was very responsive to any inquiries before check in. Highly recommend this property and we had a great stay!
