Welcome to 'The Dreaming Tree Retreat!'

This beautifully remodeled home offers the perfect blend of coastal style, privacy, and unbeatable access to the WaterColor community's best amenities.

From the moment you arrive, the charming front porch with its daybed swing sets the tone for your stay. Inside, a stunning foyer opens into a bright, expansive open-concept living area filled with natural light. The gourmet kitchen features a farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, custom shaker cabinetry, premium stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for three. Just behind it, you'll find the washer/dryer, along with a stylish wet bar with an icemaker that makes entertaining effortless. This space flows seamlessly into dining room, with a table for six, and flows seamlessly into the living room which is complete with a cozy fireplace.

The living room takes you directly out to a spacious screened-in porch with comfortable seating and a lovely outdoor dining table. Beyond that, step out to an extended deck with an outdoor fireplace, 2 BBQ grills, and an additional sitting area, overlooking the private pool with a sun shelf and a relaxing hot tub. A convenient outdoor shower sits just off the side of the home, perfect for rinsing off after beach days!

Also on the first floor is the first bedroom, featuring a King bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a glass shower.

Upstairs on the second floor, the luxurious master bedroom is complete with a King bed, office/sitting area, private screened-in balcony with a hammock and ample seating, plus an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. A second King bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower, and the final bedroom is a bunk room complete with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

There is parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway!

This GORGEOUS home is situated in the ultra-desirable Camp District location of the WaterColor community, making for easy + quick access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings (Camp WaterColor for families is just steps away, the WaterColor Beach Club, countless walking trails, tennis courts, etc., just to name a few)! Despite its prime location, the home remains private and peaceful, providing the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

Don't forget to take the LSV/golf cart and bikes to explore all that WaterColor has to offer!

This house comes with a maximum of 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community, the closest of which is the wonderful (and quiet) Frog Pond Pool and park!

The Beach Club is just across the bridge (3 minute bike ride), making this home a dream to not have to worry about parking since it is an easy walk or even quicker bike ride! Camp WaterColor is about a 3-minute LSV/golf cart ride. The highly exclusive and stunning Lake District location of this home cannot be beat! These are large estate-style homes with a quiet, neighborhood feel - great for kids to play and ride bikes tucked away from busy roads with no through traffic!

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

Other things to note
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance.
-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
