The property was wonderful, had a little lake with island in middle. Large property to walk around and explore. If ever down that way again, I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Just 15 minutes from Mesa Verde and the little stock pond were perfect for our family! It is just right off the highway, but that wasn’t an issue for us during our stay! We’d love to come back again!

Enjoyable Location

Lovely house, Loved the decor. Enjoyed walking on the property and visiting the mule. Very close to Mesa Verde which is an amazing park to visit.

Excellent house in a great location. Very clean and private. We all enjoyed hanging out by the pond, paddle boarding and fishing. Would 100% book again. Host was friendly. Everything was perfect.

Our favorite vaction rental in Colorado

This rental home keeps us coming back. It's a wonderful, relaxing retreat with an ideal location near Mesa Verde, Mancos, and Durango. We appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill. The host is friendly and was responsive to even minor questions. Thanks for a great stay!

The home was wonderful, decorated so cute and very clean. The owner was so nice and helpful, and the decks, stream and yard were awesome. The owner was very accomadating and helpful with places to go see. Thanks for making our vacation great

Peaceful Retreat

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space. The pond, paddleboat, paddle boards were a great way to relax after a morning hike and a day at Mesa Verde. The indoor space was great, too. It was nothing fancy but everything that we needed. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. There were restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops within a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice home on a park like property located close to Mesa Verde. Very well stocked kitchen and easy check in check out. Only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses. I would definitely return.

Awesome Ranch with a touch of family

We enjoyed our stay so much. We had 2 couples so it was perfect with 2 queen bedrooms and each our own bathroom. We had everything that we needed to cook meals and enjoy downtime but were mostly out taking in the local attractions (DS train, Mesa Verde, million dollar highway and Silverton). The owners were very nice and we enjoyed chatting with them about horses and mules. Some of the decor is family memorabilia. Also it was nice having some staple items in the fridge and cupboards. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful

The home and property couldn't have been better. Kitchen was well appointed and maintained. The property is shady and peaceful. Anything we needed was close by, including activities and the airport. We did have to buy a fan as the property does not have air conditioning. We left the fan we purchased, i the home as a "pay it forward."
