We were super satisfied with this property. It exceeded our expectations! Already planning our next trip back with more family.Host had amazing notes about the property and we even had the ability to hike on the property including down to the river. We had wildlife every night on the property. We saw Chipmunks, Mule Deers, rabbits, cows and numerous birds.

About the host
Hosted by Tern Colyer

What makes this property unique
There is no place on earth like this property, from the house, hand built from mostly local raw materials, such as logs, rogh sawn lumber, stone and brick. The house is located among pristine mountain meadows, ponderosa pine forests, and the West Mancos river is a short hike away with a mile of wild, rugged river bottom in the canyon. The river bottom is a world of its own, with abundant wildlife and cool in the summer. Feel free to hike the area.
