This is a large historic Chicago home home that sleeps 18 (potentially more) and is perfect for large family or group stays. 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths plus 3 free parking spots available w/ nice backyard and park with park 10 feet away. Peaceful and safe location with the chance to relax after enjoying the city with our fire pit and BBQ. Easy bus ride or drive to Wrigley Field, concert venues or hop on the blue line downtown. Quality food nearby and close to airport (ORD).

Irving Park is such a beautiful and historic neighborhood. Large single family homes and big yards with easy highway and public transportation access make all parts of the city accessible.
What makes this property unique
It is a really big home that can hold 18 people with plenty of room for all. 3 parking spots + additional free/available street parking make it a breeze. Nice backyard and 2 full kitchens really set this place apart. We are a short drive or bus ride to Wrigley Field, which makes it very fun.
