This is the nicest place to stay! Spotless, well appointed and stocked, thoughtful snacks and drinks, super helpful signage. Wonderful host who is so attentive and quick to check in at the appropriate times to ensure all is well. Spacious, comfortable seating and loved the decor. Great location and quiet.

This is an immaculate property. So-well appointed with everything in primo shape. Hard to believe this is a rental. Location is fantastic for a trip to Chicago. Easy access to the Blue Line connecting O'Hare and downtown. Exceeded expectations by a lot.

Absolutely loved the unit. Very clean and spacious. Loved that it had 2 king size beds. Great for couples traveling. Beds were very comfortable. Heated floors in bathroom were wonderful. Very walkable neighborhood easy to take train or Uber into the city. Even had outdoor area with fire pit that we enjoyed. We met our host. He was very accommodating and super friendly. He even set up the fire pit for us. Would highly recommend and definitely staying here next time we return to Chicago.

This is a beautiful spot, very warm and welcoming. It’s close to coffee shops and good restaurants and not so far from public transportation. I never had trouble with street parking either. Our hosts checked in with us regularly which was also lovely. Beds were comfortable and no noise problems either. Really—perfect!

What an amazing place! Check in process was easy and so was parking.The host(s) took lots of care to make it a fantastic stay. There were so many thoughtful amenities! Everything was very clean. The mix of vintage and modern is perfectly balanced and very aesthetically pleasing. The beds and furniture were comfortable. As someone with scent issues, (certain smells give me migraines) I have to say, whatever they use to launder the sheets was perfect. The scent was subtle, beautiful and I had no issues. The live green plants added a charming ambiance and I applaud the person/people caring for them. The outdoor area was so lush and I bet in summer it is even more lovely!The only complaint I have is so minor it's laughable, the toilet paper was a little rougher than I prefer but all butts are different. Thank you so much for hosting us! We look forward to staying with you again.

Why they chose this property

Logan Square is truly one of the loveliest neighborhoods in the city. It has an incredible charm to it, and is both super conveniently located to the city (right on the blue line) while also being tucked away enough to feel like you're in a small town. The neighborhood is lined with massive green spaces provided by the large Boulevard and Park system designed by Frederick Law Olmsted.

What makes this property unique

The building is situated on one of the rare one-way diagonal streets in Chicago's grid system which provides for a very quaint residential feel -- it also boasts one of the largest side lot gardens in the neighborhood!! It's a beautiful garden oasis!!
