Approximate driving distances

Oasis Clubhouse: 5–10 minutes

Walt Disney World area: about 15–20 minutes

Universal Orlando/CityWalk: about 25–35 minutes

Orlando International Airport (MCO): about 35–45 minutes

Travel times vary based on traffic and time of day.



Getting Around:

A car is strongly recommended.

Easy access to I-4, US-27, and 429 for parks, outlets, and restaurants

Uber, Lyft, and taxis are widely available

Visitor parking is in front of the property (subject to availability)

Do not park on grass or block sidewalks

Commercial vehicles are not allowed by the community

Early check-in and late check-out are not available due to cleaning and turnover schedules

Toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom + 1 extra total)

Small set of body wash, shampoo, conditioner

Optional private pool heating

$40 per day, minimum 2 nights

Must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival

May take up to 24 hours to reach maximum temperature (up to about 95°F / 35°C)

Heater performance depends on weather; less effective in colder conditions (around/below 70°F / 21°C)

No refunds for water temperature, weather, or personal preference

The pool is heated as a full body of water; it is not a hot tub

Trash

Place trash in tied bags and dispose of it in the community bins as instructed

Do not leave trash or food outside to help prevent pests

Package deliveries

USPS deliveries may be returned because vacation rentals are often not recognized as standard addresses. Use DHL, FedEx, or Amazon when possible. Not all resorts accept deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undelivered packages.

House rules (strict; fees apply)

No parties or events: $500 fee

No smoking or vaping indoors: $500 fee

No pets: $500 fee

Violations may result in additional charges and/or termination of the stay without refund, per community and platform rules.
