Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn down heat. Electric baseboard should be at 50 degrees, gas fireplace should be at 60 degrees. Turn off bedroom baseboards if used.
Check out information is located in the welcome binder .
All trash needs to be put in bags.
Please place trash out in the garbage can under the carport and keep the bungie secure over the lid to help keep animals out.
If your stay is not long( less than a week) we will bring your trash out to the main road after you check out .
Our trash pick up is Wednesday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
