We ended up NOT staying at this house. The sliding glass door did not lock properly, they tried securing the door with a stick. They ended up somewhat fixing the door but you could still open it a tad. No blinds on the sliding glass door or the door at the front of the house. The front door also did not close properly. I was told that there were was a way to fix it if you pulled up on the door/handle. We tried to do this but the door still kept opening. I was also told that the neighborhood was safe but we did NOT feel comfortable with staying. I asked for a refund but was told that she may not be able to give us a refund due to the policy.
