Welcome to CASA NAUTICA-KCB, where paradise awaits you with a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage style retreat with excellent reviews! This beautiful property has been established since 2013, located inside the exclusive city of Key Colony Beach and it is all you need for a memorable vacation in the Florida Keys! During your stay, you will have access to our private club: The Cabana Club, with beach, heated pool & bar, conveniently located just a few blocks from the rental. Casa Nautica has been completely renovated, plus it’s fully gated for your privacy and safety. This home features high end furnishings, a large tiki hut, screened porch lanai with large outdoor dining table for 6+, cabana/entertaining center, Key Largo Adirondack outdoor furniture, 2 new kayaks, 2 paddle boards, bait freezer, 2 BBQ's (weber BBQ + Custom WHISTLERGRILL BBQ), 4 bikes, and much more!

Our private 37.5 ft dock comes fully equipped and set up for the experienced angler with cast iron aluminum posts, mooring whips, bumpers, light posts to illuminate entire dock area, power/electricity outlets, fish cleaning station and boarding ladder for boat access/loading.
The property is now equipped with EV (electric vehicle) charging outlet, for your convenience!

We want to welcome you to Casa Nautica… located in the exclusive City of KCB, at walking distance to Sunset Park, and a few blocks from the Cabana Beach Club, restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis courts, pickleball court and marina. Completely redone after Hurricane Irma, this home is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated with unique nautical décor accents and original local artists' pieces. The dock area overlooks a wide canal with 37.5 feet of dockage. The duplex provides ample parking for your trailer and vehicles. Casa Nautica is one of the few homes inside of Key Colony with preserved "Dade County wood pine, tongue and groove" ceilings throughout the entire house! These ceilings add a unique look and feel to our island home.

•KITCHEN: completely stocked, with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances including: refrigerator with bottom freezer (ice dispenser) and dishwasher. Granite top kitchen island with barstools, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast with direct views of the canal. The open concept kitchen makes cooking quick and easy for entertaining. Dine indoors, or outdoors at the conveniently screened lanai with dining set for 6 or at the backyard by the Tiki Hut near both BBQ grill areas.

•FAMILY ROOM: Featuring a Cloud 9 Sofa, an extra-large wrap-around feather filled sectional sofa to sit & relax. Beach décor, a flat screen/smart TV, 2 double sliding doors with direct water views and easy patio access.

• MASTER & GUEST BATHROOMS: completely redone, with two Carrara marble and subway tile bathrooms. Guest bath has a Kohler bathtub for your enjoyment.

•MASTER & GUEST BEDROOM SUITES : both bedrooms have beautiful driftwood bamboo floors. The master bedroom, located down the hallway is a perfect retreat, with pillow top king size mattress, a feather filled duvet, a 40' smart TV, reading nook area and upscale furnishings. The spacious guest bedroom includes: 2 twin size beds, 2 twin trundle beds, with plenty of storage & a 40' smart TV.

•SCREENED PORCH LANAI: with paved entryway, perfectly set up for dining, endless hours of entertaining or happy hour while enjoying the flow of constant breezes and keys sunsets! The porch has an extendable large outdoor dining table with seating for 6, extra-large ceiling fan with lighting and a cabana bar, which serves as storage and buffet area for drinks and more. The porch has an adjustable shade, which you can roll up or down as needed. Here you are able enjoy outdoor dining…free of bugs!!!

•BACKYARD/ TIKI HUT AND DOCK: spacious and welcoming backyard. Fully gated/fenced for privacy, paved, and uncluttered. The Tiki Hut has an extra-large fan and market lights. We offer 2 BBQ’s on site: Weber BBQ grill and a WHISTLEGRILL Station, Adirondack furniture set (4 chairs, 2 ottomans, side tables & 2 lounge chairs), fish cleaning station, electricity, lights and water at the dock, bait freezer, with plenty of space for your fishing or diving gear.

•PADDLE BOARDS/KAYAKS/VESTS/BIKES/FISHING RODS: two Kayaks and two paddle boards with vests are provided. A set of 4 bikes provided. A few fishing rods will be available to use during your stay. NOTE: You are welcome to use the items at your own risk during your stay.

•LAUNDRY ROOM: access by side door of the house, with SMART washer & dryer, ironing board, iron/steamer and laundry supplies during your stay.

•EV CHARGING OUTLET: exterior outlet for Level 2 EV charging is now available!

•CABANA CLUB: Membership to the Cabana Club is included with your rental, providing you access to the private beach club located at E. Ocean Drive and 4th Street, inside of Key Colony Beach. At the Cabana, you will have access to a private beach with lounging chairs, an infinity heated pool, jacuzzi, restrooms, and showers. Features the Club's Oceanfront Restaurant and Tiki Bar~ with restaurant & BAR service to your lounge chair!!!

•KCB, the city… Key Colony is known as the “Gem of the Florida Keys” since the 1950’s. This safe, small city has its own Police, Marine Patrol, City Hall and Post Office. Key Colony Beach Park features: a 9-hole golf course, pickleball, walking and jogging course, children’s playground, horseshoes, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts. The Golf Course and tennis/pickeball courts are a pay-per-use amenity. Also, Sunset Park, 2 blocks away from the house, has Concerts @ the Park on Sundays 4-6 pm during the winter months.
