This beautiful duplex home is situated on a wide, deep-water canal with excellent boating access to the Atlantic and Gulf.

NOTE: Rates are shown for the upper half only and sleeps 5. Lower sleeps 3-4

Includes free access to a pool and beach at the Cabana Club only about 1 block away!

The UPPER LEVEL 1/2 of the duplex is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern and very well maintained.

Dockage - There is 60 feet of Boat dock in the backyard of which, 30 Ft is for this unit and it is on a step-down dock.

Equipped with Electric and Water, a Bait Freezer(shared) and Fish Cutting Table.
Boat trailer storage on the property for most boats. 1 max.
Parking is the left side of the property in front and there is room for almost all boat trailers to the left of the left-side driveway.

The location is a very nice and quiet neighborhood in desirable Key Colony Beach within walking distance to restaurants/Tiki bar and 1 block to the Cabana Club.

The Cabana Club is a private club where you can enjoy their Oversized pool, white sandy beach or just grab a snack/drink!

Perfect location

Guys trip to Keys and our stay was perfect. I have absolutely no complaints and would stay at location again. The Cabana Club was a great addition to our stay as we visited it multiple times. Great location, very clean and accommodating rental.

Great stay

Property worked perfectly for a group of 4 for a week long fishing trip. Nice and clean....good quality cookware. Owner was great helping me out with delivery that arrived sooner than expected and I really appreciated it. Would book there again.

Enjoyed the location and what was available at the house. Really liked going to the Cabana club highly recommend guests to take advantage of that. We really wanted to use the kayaks but couldn't find the life vests, maybe next time. We would stay again simple and clean rental. next

Better than we deserve

Every year I and 3 other guys go fishing for a week. We booked and Greg was super. Everything about the house was accurate and the place was very clean. The Boat dock was perfect for us. There was a cleaning station and water available. The house was well equipped, so we were able to save money by eating in. I even was able to bake some key lime pies. When we arrived one of my buddies said this is too nice fir us. Looking forward to coming back in next summer.

Awesome Value (bottom-line)

We have been renting Vacation Homes since 1990 and this was easily one of the best values we have ever rented. I have been thinking real hard and I can not come up with any deficiencies with the accommodations with this vacation rental. Correspondence with the renter was very professional and promptly. The second-floor unit was extremely well equipped with plenty of storage space for our luggage (we do not travel lightly). There was a lot of little "touches" that enhanced our 7-day stay. For example, this was one of the few rentals we have been to that has enough cloths hangers. Yes, this may sound trivial, but it shows the great attention to hospitality detail provided here. What we especially appreciated was the streaming capability of the HDTVs where we could cast from our smartdevices special content that we have access to. We really enjoyed the short walk to "Havana Jack's Oceanside Restaurant" for a casual meal right on the waterfront with a live band. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared to be very safe.

Better Than Pictured

The home is larger than it seemed in the pictures! The kitchen is well stocked with high end pots, pans, sharp knives, all the things you’ll need to comfortable cook here. The cleaning crew was excellent. When we arrived the home smelled and looked great! Gregg provided many nice extras: liquid dish soap, extra trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, bathroom hand soaps. It felt like hotel thoughtfulness but in a home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home also has two 3pm rd on kayaks we enjoyed on the canals. This was a bonus not listed on the home description. The Cabana Club is close and staffed with friendly folks! The pool and hot tub were a nice change from the salt water. We loved our stay at this home! Close to the 7 mile bridge for sunset, a day trip to Key West, renting jet skis, Starfish snorkeling trip, State Parks. It is a lovely home!! Close to the grocery stores too. I would gladly stay here again.

This property could not have been better suited to our needs. The location is perfect and the dock for our boat was in excellent, new condition. The property was VERY clean, the beds were comfortable and the A/C was great! Beautiful grounds! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

3rd Street Key Colony

We had a great time during our February stay. The host, Gregg, was responsive to all our questions and even stopped by to introduce himself. The property owners were also onsite in the lower unit. They were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a firepit with them on a few evenings. The Cabana Club is within a short walk from the house along with Havana Jacks. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

A Paradise

A perfect place to stay in the middle Keys, especially if you have (or rent) a boat. Even if not, the on-site kayaks are wonderful for exploring the nearby areas by water. Restaurants within walking distance (though the local Cabana club could use some training for their staff). We would definitely rent here again. Best vacation we ever had.

Very uncortable place to stay.

i had a really bad experience at this stay, number one is air conditioner is not working properly, it like being in a sauna, the house was dirty full of dog hair, tge barbaque dirty and out of gas, property owner comes everyday to the property which is unconfortable, dock for boat is very small only fits 1 boat Washer and dryer on the first floor and is shared with customers of second floor and first floor. There was not even garbage bags provided at this property Customers in charge to put garbage out for pick up My overall rating is just that staying at this property it was disgusting.

Tight quarters

Description of property and amenities is accurate. The main issue is I was under the impression that I paid to rent top and bottom floors, which would sleep 9. I was only granted use to top floor that only sleeps 6. There were 6 in my group and i had planned on 8. The top floor was supposed to sleep 7, and I agree, if the floor is part of the calculations. And for the boaters, beware of the dock.

Needs updates

There is quite a few things that needs attention / updates. The faucet in the kitchen needs to be fixed. Almost all of the chairs outside were broken, had holes in the seats. We had the dock to the left and were very disappointed with it. It looks nothing like what is pictured above, actually it is a completely different dock. Looks like it was rushed and thrown together. There are several boards that move / can be picked up a little & the whole thing is uneven. The ladder is not sturdy, and had a concrete bag set on top for support. The gate upstairs latch needs to be replaced and the railing need to re-in forced. Wiggles.

Summer stay

We had a great time, you have a great property in the perfect place however just a few issues, upon arrival but we didn’t want to bother you for it. Upon arrival the latch on the upstairs gate was broken, the kitchen faucet was broken & just a suggestion, the outside stairs were extremely slippery and we had a few falls. Otherwise we had a great stay, the backyard is perfect to relax & enjoy the boat. We look forward to next year & will reach out to rent another one of your properties. Thanks for a great stay,

Nothing changed...

Altough,there wasn't much communication prior arrival...to arrange, Greg was responsive and proactive when called; place haven't changed a bit since our 1st rental, 12 years ago.... could use a bit upgrade, including TV sets. On the other hand, checking the other half of the duplex respect occupancy...would be nice.
