Charming 3BR/2BA farmhouse just 7 minutes from Sonoma Square. Cozy and thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, spacious foyer with daybed, and central heating/AC. A large deck nearly the size of the house offers a covered dining/lounge area, amazing pool (heated to 85° in winter) , hot tub, and BBQ. Beyond it, a lush garden with newly planted grassy area, bocce court and horseshoe pit creates a peaceful outdoor retreat.
