With our 105 square meter large and generously equipped apartment, you have chosen the cornerstone for a successful stay. Due to the variable use of the rooms, not only families, but also couples or business travelers feel extremely comfortable with us. Our apartment is extremely family-friendly and also offers a very versatile playground and a barbecue area in the garden. Due to its quiet yet convenient location, our apartment in the Hessisch Oldendorfer district of Segelhorst offers you the ideal starting point for tourist tours to the Weserbergland as well as for business matters. Although you are in close proximity to nature, the A2 is only 5 minutes away and allows you to quickly reach Hanover and further destinations. You will be happy here! The property is in a very quiet location and only a 2-minute walk from the edge of the forest. From here you can reach z. B. the Kreuzstein route, the three castles route or the path of self-devotion as well as the 11th Stage of the Weser Uplands Trail. If you prefer to cycle into nature, this is the perfect starting point to explore the Weser cycle path in both directions. Do you not only want to visit castles and monasteries by bike, but prefer to tackle a wild mountain bike route to the Hohenstein with its 60 m high cliffs? There are also many excursion destinations and sights for children and the young at heart, such as various animal and leisure parks, adventure pools and swimming lakes. Or would you prefer to work out on a canoe tour, a trolley ride or in the high ropes course? There are many options in the surrounding area. Many other excursion tips are available for every age group. Various information material is also available on site.

The large and bright apartment is on the 1st OG and in the attic. In front of the house there are always enough free parking spaces on the street. There is also space for trucks and vans. In the garden there is a place for grilling and a playground for the little ones.

Living and dining room:
The room offers, in bad weather, with more than 33 m² on a beautiful living area plenty of space in front of a 55 "TV. Netflix and game console are of course included. The dining table can be extended up to 2.60 m and thus provides enough space for a nice breakfast together or a game evening in a larger group.

4 bedrooms:
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and, with its large closet, offers enough space for clothes even for longer stays.

The second room has two single beds, which can be put together if required. Garments can be comfortably stored in a spacious wardrobe. Children will find lots of games, books and more here.

The third bedroom has a double bed, a closet and two dressers for clothes and a TV.

In the 4th There are also 2 single beds in the room, which can also be pushed together. You can store the clothes for your stay in two dressers and a closet.

Kitchen:
In addition to a pharmacy cupboard that accommodates a lot of food, the kitchen also has a large freezer, which definitely can hold more than just a pack of ice cream. A dishwasher ensures a relaxing holiday. Furthermore, many important things can be found: microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Bathroom:
The bright 9 m² daylight bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub and invites you to relax after a hard day. Hair dryer, child seat and step increase are available.

lounge:
Would you like to end the day with a wheat or a glass of wine and listen to nature? The lounge offers a fantastic view of the entire fireworks of the Weserbergland not only on New Year's Eve. :-)

Second Bath:
The daylight bathroom offers a toilet and a washing area.
