Welcome to our property which is an architectural gem located in Midtown Reno. This listing is for our private Guest Suite, which is clean, functional and discounted for long-term 28+ day stays. Guests will find an open studio with a comfortable Cal King bed with adjustable head and feet controls and lounge chair, perfect for relaxing after a day of work and exploring. The bathroom includes a spa-like shower and a handy hair dryer and iron for convenience. The Guest Suite offers amenities, including: WiFi, 55" SmartTV, closet, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave and utensils. No kitchenette or sink (it's like a hotel room). Separate entrance with ample street parking in front of the house, front door digital lock entry and private lock to unit.

The Guest Suite is setup for traveling contractors working in the area wanting to receive discounted (28+ days or more) stays and recharge/snack/sleep/shower and go. Local Midtown restaurants and shopping within a few blocks to walk and check out.
