The new facility is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand, adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax.

The modern and light-flooded apartment offers space for three guests. The bright living room has a large window front and is ideal as a common lounge for the family. The cozy sofa landscape (couch with pull-out function 1.40 mx 2.00 m) invites you to cozy film evenings and borders on the dining area for three people. From here you have access to the balcony, which faces south. The stylishly dark kitchen line shines through the modern and high-quality equipment. Especially the oven with grill function and the hot air fryer make the heart of the hobby cook beat faster. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy box spring bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), which guarantees a restful sleep. The bathroom has a shower with rainfall shower head and completes the offer of the beautiful apartment. There is also a washing machine in the storage room.

Timmendorf ist nur noch etwas für Radfahrer und Fußgänger.

Die Entfernung zum Strand war mit 15 Minuten zu kurz angegeben und da es vom Strand bergauf ging war es sehr beschwerlich. Bei allen Besuchen in Timmendorf war der Parkplatz bei Aldi kostenlos. Jetzt konnten wir in der Nähe des Strandes nicht mehr kostenlos parken. Haben also für Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Strand ein Taxi genommen. Da überall Parkverbot ist, z.B. auch abends beim Besuch eines Restaurants ist für uns Timmendorf nicht empfehlenswert. Wir bedauern das sehr.

Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr helle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Ideal für zwei Personen, wenn man nicht unbedingt die Strandnähe sucht. Wir haben uns in den zehn Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und toll ausgestattet. Alles sehr modern. Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Stellplatz waren von großem Vorteil. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub in einer Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung ist super, die grosse Fabrikhalle auf die man aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster und vom Balkon schaut trübt ein wenig den Gesamteindruck. Uns hat es jetzt im Herbst kaum gestört, da wir den Balkon aufgrund des mäßigen Wetters nicht genutzt haben. Wir hatten Räder dabei und haben die Region damit erkundet. Ein insgesamt sehr schöner Urlaub. Viele Grüße, P Müller
