The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and features a private balcony furnished with patio furniture. Here you can enjoy relaxing moments in the fresh air. An awning provides shade on warm days.

The living area features an open-concept design and includes a modern, open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. In addition, a coffee maker, a Senseo espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils are provided, so you can easily prepare your own meals.
