Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Kontaktaufnahme und dem Emailverkehr. Vor Ort sehr freundliche und sympathische Ansprechpartner angetroffen. Im ganzen alles richtig zügig und einfach abgewickelt. Danke dafür Sehr schöne helle Wohnung. Top Lage, alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Stellplatz in der Garage top.

Wohnung entspricht nicht annähernd den Erwartungen. Wir haben für den Mietpreis eine ordentliche und saubere Wohnung erwartet, das ist hier nicht der Fall.Viele Beispiele für Schmutz wurden an die Verwaltung kommuniziert, z.B. WC schmutzig, Teppich unter dem Esstisch verdreckt und unhygienisch, Dreck im Geschirrschrank, Spülmaschine inklusive Siebe verdreckt, Dachfensterrahmen verdreckt, Geschirr nass im Schrank etc. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. Tapeten fleckig und beschädigt.Schon beim Betreten des Treppenhauses kommt ein muffiger Geruch entgegen. Der Teppich im Treppenhaus ist völlig verdreckt. Für uns unverständlich, warum hier Teppich liegt. Die Ausstattung ist größtenteils sehr alt, Küchengerät aus den siebziger Jahren.Wohnung entspricht nicht dem Standard, den wir vom Ort gewohnt sind.Unverständlich, warum die Vermietungsfirma hier nicht eingreift, wir haben hier schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht.
