Welcome to this 2-room maisonette apartment in Timmendorfer Strand.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and, with its approximately 65 m² of living space, can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child.

You’ll find a modern living room with a dining area, a sofa set featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 x 1.80 m), a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a radio. The living room can be darkened with blackout blinds for sleeping.
The new adjoining kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, a microwave, an oven, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

From the living area, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony, where you can enjoy your coffee or tea.

The lower level is rounded out by a modernised shower room.
A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom, which is separated from the living room by a door. Here you’ll find a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a single bed. A high chair is also available. Here, too, you have the option to completely black out the room.

A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the basement.

An underground parking space is reserved for your car (entrance height 1.80 m).
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
