Modern Buffalo is a thoughtfully designed cabin that blends modern style with warm, inviting comfort, making it an easy place to settle in and relax. Inside, the open living space features tall ceilings, large windows, and cozy seating centered around the fireplace, creating a great spot to gather after a day of exploring. The kitchen is bright and well equipped with generous counter space and seating at the island, perfect for cooking meals together or enjoying a slow morning coffee. With two king bedrooms, a loft space, and two and a half bathrooms, the layout comfortably sleeps up to six guests while still giving everyone room to spread out.

Upstairs, the loft offers a fun and flexible hangout area with comfortable seating and games, making it a favorite spot for both kids and adults. Each bedroom feels calm and inviting, with plush bedding, warm wood accents, and plenty of natural light. The bathrooms are modern and clean with spacious walk-in showers and thoughtful finishes that make getting ready feel easy and relaxed. Every space in the cabin was designed to feel comfortable without being overdone.

As a guest of this cabin, you’ll have access to the brand-new luxury pickleball court, Pickle Bow. Cabin guests can purchase court time for $60 per 2-hour session, court rentals include free access to pickleball paddles and balls. You'll receive an email from Treeline Vacation Rentals with instructions and a link to reserve your preferred court dates and times at Pickle Bow.

Outside is where Modern Buffalo really shines. Multiple covered decks invite you to enjoy the wooded surroundings, whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit under the string lights, or enjoying a meal at the outdoor table. Located in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, this cabin puts you close to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, hiking trails, wineries, breweries, and all the best spots in Hochatown, making it an ideal home base for both adventure-filled days and slow, peaceful evenings in the forest.

Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ EV CHARGER INFO ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or "woodland friend" may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
