Pros: Great location. Quiet in spite of being part of a larger complex. New furniture throughout unit and nice coffee setup in kitchen. Cons: The apartment would benefit from a deep cleaning. Floors were really dirty when we arrived, as was the inside of the refrigerator and the cooking utensils. Host was responsive and sent cleaners back the next day which was appreciated. The kitchen is outfitted with bare bones so not ideal for someone who wants to prepare meals. Also, laundry is not located inside the unit which would have been nice to know. Finally, the communication about checkin, checkout, completing the Truvi identification verification was incessant. Feels like this is automated and not well managed. Finally, the high fees for early checkin or checkout and losing/damaging the parking pass (which is literally a piece of paper) feels high relative to other places I have stayed. This attributed to a very impersonal experience.
