-Transponders not provided front gate entry only



Guest Access:

Private entrance to home. Gate transponder available for a $25 fee from the administrative office on site inside the community.



The Neighborhood:

Located in beautiful Palm Desert inside Oasis Country Club.



Other Things to Note:

Golf cart that is on site is not for guest use.



Interaction with Guests:

A mandatory virtual walk through is made once guest arrives and settles in.
