Moving forward if this property is available when we head to the beach, it is where we will stay. Amazing view, very clean and well kept property. Everything we needed was there. Check was super easy, and the property management staff were responsive, kind, and very helpful. If you are headed to the beach, grab this property if you can.

Terrific location. House layout terrific with all bedrooms access to bathrooms. The house had limited drinking glasses, but the rental company brought more promptly as well as sent maintenance to oil sliding doors to make them open easier. It would have been helpful if host had listed what was available for beach supplies so that we wouldn’t have had to rent duplicates.

We completely understand how helpful it is to know what to expect for the beach. While there are occasionally items left at the home, we don't list them because they frequently change and we want to ensure every guest has what they need. Because of this, we provide a $275 beach gear credit with VayK for every reservation so guests can select and guarantee their own equipment. I rented the house for my family vacation and we brought our dog.The location is unbeatable, steps from the beach. It is also on a quieter area of Folly Beach. There was plenty of space for everyone with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.The host was very responsive and the check in process was easy. There were a few negatives. The house was not as clean as it should be, particularly for the price. I always bring a swiffer and sweep the floors as soon as I get there and the swiffer pad was black! It took 4-5 times to get the floors clean. I think housekeeping just does a quick sweep and never mops the floors. We took the sheets off one of the bed and the mattress pad was stained, which was disgusting. The house could also use some upgrades/repairs. One of the showers was moldy and there was rust on the sliding glass door frames. Several of the sliding glass doors did not have a lock and anyone could get into the house. Also, one of the larger bedrooms didn't have a closet, wardrobe or dresser, just a metal rolling rack to hang a few clothes. Again, not acceptable for the price of the property. Overall, we had a great time, but the house could use a good clean and some maintenance and I would stay again.

Great Beachfront Home

We loved our stay at Folly Beach. The home was great. It is a little worn, as to be expected from rentals, but is exceptionally well kept, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens (bring your own beach towels). The porches are incredible with private access to the beach. Very close to downtown Folly Bech. Check in and check out were extremely easy. Highly recommend!!!

This was a great stay for our family vacation. We had 12 of us that stayed here - 3 being young kids. Being on the beach was amazing, even in the 50-degree weather. We took many walks on the beach, played in the sand/water, looked for seashells, and played beanbags. There’s ton of outdoor seating too, which was perfect to dolphin-watch from.The house was nice - the bedrooms are all pretty decent sizes and there’s plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen table fit all of us perfectly for all of our family meals and games. The ocean views are amazing from inside and out.The location is good too, not a super busy area but close enough to drive downtown Folly or nearby areas to shop, eat, or go to the boardwalk. We also got to enjoy “A Taste of Folly” while we were there, which was fun. The hosts were on top of it when we had issues with the door code and helped us resolve the issue quickly. It would have been nice to have some more of the basics provided since we did most of our cooking at the house - dish towels, oven mitts, etc. but luckily there’s a Walmart nearby.We would definitely stay again!

This home has the most beautiful views! We could not have been more happy with this property!

The management company was wonderful to deal with, and made us feel like any needs we had were of the utmost importance. The beach was quiet and peaceful when we were here, and the views from the decks were in incredible. We would definitely rent this home again!

October wedding stay

Absolutely wonderful time! We couldn’t ask fi”for a better location. We came for our daughters wedding on Folly Island and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect, it could use a little updating but we had a wonderful time and the ocean front location was great!

Overall a great house. Love the location. Issues to address:Master bathroom sinks do not drain properly. Dish rack in dishwasher is very difficult to slide in and out. Sliding glass doors on main level do not lock.

Perfect Beachfront Location

Great house for a large group or family. Lots of room and bathrooms. Large dining table was great at meal time. The view out the floor to ceiling windows can't be beat. Just steps from the water's edge. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly consider a return visit.

Surfer’s Paradise

The process for renting the property was very easy. We loved the property and location and will definitely plan to rent again.
