Idyllically located luxury holiday house with free internet access

"Beach Oasis 253". Our house is lovingly furnished with everything your heart desires.

Costs for electricity (0.40 € per kWh), gas (0.98 € per cubic meter) and water (7.50 € per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
150, - € Rental deposit is payable in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - € is due.
A pet is available for a surcharge.

Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
If you sit in our bright, light-flooded gallery, you have a wonderful view of the pine forest. Our house has two cozy bedrooms with double beds and a supplementary sleeping possibility for 2 people in a niche on the gallery. On the lower floor you will find a large wellness bath with sauna and whirlpool. In the colder season ensures a floor heating for a "cozy climate". A fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with dining area provide further comfort. In summer you can relax on our large terrace and relax in the beach chair. In winter, in addition to the underfloor heating in the living room provides a fireplace for cozy warmth. Our house is worth a trip in every season!

Das Haus und der Standort sind sehr Haustierfreundlich.Der Zugang zum Wald ist sehr schön und kurz. Der Strandblick aus der zweiten Reihe ist schwierig, dafür sehr ruhige Lage.

Das Huas liegt sehr schön am Waldesrand. Ausgesprochen ruhig und erholsam. Auch im Haus alles vorhanden, einzig die Matratzen in der oberen Etage müssten unbedingt getauscht werden, die sind durch.

Prinzipiell sehr schön, aber...

Man fragt sich wofür man die Kurabgabe bezahlt. Im vollen und lauten Binz bezahlt man dann nochmal und wenn du nach Hiddensee fährst dann zahlst Du nochmal. Das ist Abzocke vom Allermeisten!!!! Die Insel wird leider immer mehr zugebaut, sodass vom ursprünglichen Charakter kaum noch was zu spüren ist. Schade.

Bisher eigentlich immer top gewesen

Wir waren jetzt schon einige Male in der Strandoase 253. Bisher war immer alles sauber. Dieses Mal allerdings war es doch sehr unsauber. Selbst auf dem Toilettendeckel fanden wir noch eine Urinspur.

Das Haus ist herrlich und die Lage super. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Das Warmwasser und die Heizung in der Küche funktionierte nicht richtig, aber es kam gleich ein Monteur. Da kann ja aber keiner etwas dafür, sowas kann passieren. Die Endabrechnung ist noch offen, da weiß ich noch nicht, deswegen kann ich zu den zusätzlichen Kosten nichts sagen. Aber auf jeden Fall würde ich dieses Haus weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen läßt. Gute Lage im Ferienpark mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Hier kann man sich erholen.

Tolles Haus

Tolles Haus zwischen Bäumen mit Blick in den Wald und vom Obergeschoss auf‘s Meer. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie auf den Bildern. Alles funktionierte und war sauber. Angenehm ist auch, dass viel gleiches Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden ist. Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht und würden immer wieder hierher kommen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Matratzen waren neu und angenehm straff. Was allerdings für den zweiten Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig) geboten wird ist schlicht weg eine Frechheit, der lag am anderen Ende des Geländes und war über teilweise unbefestigte lehmige Wege zu erreichen, wer ein tiefer gelegtes Auto fährt läuft ganz schnell Gefahr aufzusetzen.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Es ich ein schönes Ferienhaus an der Ostsee. Wir waren schon ein paar mal in dem Objekt aber bei der Anreise war das Haus 16 Uhr noch nicht gereinigt. Kurz vor 16 Uhr sind drei Frauen in das Haus gekommen und haben ca. 20 Minuten geputzt. Der Außenbereich - Strandkorb - war sehr schmutzig! Mit vielen Tierhaaren und Dreck. So haben wir das Objekt noch nie erlebt. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Haus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe!

Wir haben uns in der Strandoase super wohl gefühlt! Es war sehr gemütlich, lag mitten im Wald und doch direkt am Meer. Wir haben auch rein gar nichts vermisst, die Küche war vielfältig ausgestattet, von Brotdosen, diverse Messer und Schneidebretter bis hin zum Eierkocher und Sandwichmaker. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause!

Super ausgestattetes Häuschen mit top Lage

Das Haus war echt super. Die Ausstattung ließ fast keine Wünsche offen! Die Sauna war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus steht quasi mitten im Wald (Vogelkulisse inklusive) und man läuft 2min zum Strand (wenn man sich richtig Zeit lässt). Man muss wirklich zwischen 16-18Uhr da sein weil man sonst keine Parkkarte mehr bekommt (das könnte etwas besser geregelt sein; was wenn man wegen Stau später kommt?). Das Bettzeug (durchgelegene und etwas müffelnde Matratzen und Kissen) war leider nicht von bester Qualität, höchstens ausreichend. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus wieder besuchen und wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Spontaner Kurzurlaub

Auch wenn wir nur für einen Kurzurlaub angereist sind, konnten wir uns in der Strandoase auch im Winter sehr gut erholen. Der reibungslose und sehr freundliche Ablauf unserer spontanen Buchung waren super. Das Flair und die Atmosphäre, direkt im Wald zu wohnen, ist einfach fantastisch. Außerdem ist der Strand nicht weit weg und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für das alltägliche Leben benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Auszeit

Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr umfangreich eingerichtet und wunderschön am Waldrand gelegen. Es war sehr erholsam. Kleinere Mängel (WLAN fiel immer wieder aus; Rauchmelder piepsten in der Nacht da wartungsbedürftig) wurden umgehend behoben. Eine kurze Beschreibung wo die Zählerstände abzulesen sind wäre hilfreich gewesen. Das sind aber echt nur Kleinigkeiten, die dem Genuss keinen Abbruch getan haben. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!
