This small cozy townhouse is located in the heart of Assens town in the middle of several small cozy townhouses. It was built at the end of the 19th century and has been gently renovated on a regular basis. The house is arranged on two levels, accessed by a steep staircase with handrails. The first floor offers a good bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room with dining area. Access to the house either from the street or behind the house, where you can also park with 2 cars. Separate annex with 2 good bedrooms as well as a bathroom. The property is fenced, which makes it optimal for dog owners to take the dog on a city trip. There is internet in the house and it is possible to stream content via Chromecast.

The house is within walking distance of the child-friendly beach, marina, and town harbor. Also, good shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and cultural experiences are not far.

Great main house with kitchen, dining room, living room, bed room and bath room. If you travel with kids, the best is the "annex": two rooms and a bath room, just over the yard. Besides you also have a little garden and a car parking behind to house. Assens is a good starting point for trips e. g. to Odense, Faarborg, Middelfart, and Aarhus. as well as for bike tours. Assens has a harbour and a stony beach (you should use the pier to go for a swim), a shopping mile with restaurants and bars as well as many grocery-shopping facilities. Nevertheless it is evident that Assens has seen better days.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Stadthäuschen verbracht und waren sehr enttäuscht, in welchem Zustand wir es vorgefunden haben. Dass es sich um ein altes Haus handelt, in welchem z.B. der Fußboden knarren kann und nur eine sehr steile Stiege in den 1.Stock führt, war uns vorher klar und wird auch von uns nicht bemängelt. Aber vieles andere schon: Die Fußböden waren bei unserer Ankunft unsauber (man hatte aber einen Staubsauger gleich in die Hoftür gestellt, den wir auch sofort nutzen mussten). Die Kaffeemaschine und der Grill waren benutzt und nicht gereinigt worden. Im Wohnzimmer war ein „Kabelwirrwarr“ auf dem Fußboden, was weder schön aussah noch ungefährlich war. Die Kissen könnten gerne einmal erneuert werden. Die Krönung war allerdings der Schlafzimmerschrank, von dem die Rückwand teilweise rausgebrochen war und hinter dem sich so allerlei Sachen (u.a. alte Kleidungsstücke) befanden. Auch bei den Küchenschränken durfte man nicht genauer hinsehen, teilweise kaputt, klebrige Böden und überall alte Nahrungsmittel. Insgesamt war das Haus in einem sehr verwohnten Zustand. Wir haben Fotos gemacht, um unsere Aussagen auch beweisen zu können. Allerdings ist es nicht möglich, diese hochzuladen. Die Stadt selbst hat, wie es vorher schon geschrieben worden ist, ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Wir werden nicht noch einmal in diesen Ort fahren und das Haus auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus - optimal für Familie mit Teenagern

Das Vorderhaus mit Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Wohn- und Speisezimmer ist sehr nett und hübsch renoviert. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Toll für Eltern von etwas älteren Kindern ist das hintere "Haus" mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad, das ca. 5 m über den Hof vom Haupthaus liegt. So haben alle ihren eigenen Bereich und sind über den gemeinsamen Hof verbunden. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch noch einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus und einen kleinen Garten. Assens liegt direkt am Meer (der Strand ist leider etwas steinig und nicht so super schön, aber man kann baden) hat eine kleine Fußgängerzone, viele Supermärkte und seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es ein nettes Städtchen und toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, z. B. nach Odense, Faarborg, Middelfart und für Fahrradtouren.

Tolle Location, tolles Häuschen.

Kleines Häuschen in toller Lage um alles auf Fünen zu entdecken, aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren nach Jütland. Wir haben es geliebt durch die kleine Stadt zum Hafen zu laufen und die Schweinswale im Hafenbecken zu beobachten. Wir haben nicht mal ansatzweise die Möglichkeiten ausgenutzt, die dieses Ferienhaus bietet. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Gerne werden wir wiederkommen.
