The apartment was absolutely perfect. The location was very convenient for the beaches, supermarkets, and the center of Cala Ratjada with its restaurants and local shops. Street parking was always available. The apartment had everything we needed, including cleaning supplies, coffee, sugar, oil, as well as useful amenities like an iron, a hairdryer, and a coffee maker.

Unser Urlaub und der Ferienwohnung La Perla

Es war alles sehr gut organisiert. Angefangen vom Schlüssel-Empfang, bis zum letzten Tag in der Wohnung. Diese war genau so, wie Online beschrieben. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus, wo überwiegend Spanier leben. Die alle sehr nett und freundlich sind. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zu Fuß ist man vielleicht 5 Min. unterwegs, bis man sich im stimmungsvollen Cala Ratjada befindet. Probleme gab es zu Anfangs nur mit dem Fernseher. Ich wollte schon mal Nachrichten aus Deutschland sehen. Unsere Vormieter hatten leider alles verstellt. Ein Anruf beim freundlichen Vermieter reichte aber aus, um das Problem zu beseitigen. Wir würden immer wieder diese Wohnung nehmen. Wünsche unseren Folgemietern schon mal einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage, die Buchung und der Check in waren Problemlos. Leider mussten wir unseren Urlaub wegen Krankheit vorzeitig beenden.

Séjour parfait

Séjour parfait. Logement très bien équipé et très propre et très calme. A 2 pas de la mer et des commerces, restaurants, bar. Notre hôte a été très présent au besoin!
