This modern mountain retreat just steps from the action. This 3-bedroom, 3-full-bath home Sleeps 8 and is designed for comfort, relaxation, easy access to year-round outdoors adventures for all ages!

After skiing or hiking, unwind in the private sauna or hot tub, relax by the indoor fireplace ( fire wood included), or gather around the outdoor fire pit.

Located a short walk from the slopes. Shuttle service for those who want to start slow. Pets allowed, and the spacious layout is ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

In the warmer month, access to two lakes for fishing, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, two pools, playgrounds, fitness trails, and fitness center (year round), makes for a perfect summer getaway. There is also a golf course located at the resort and many other courses in close proximity.

The house itself boasts mid century decor a luxury kitchen, well equipped with everything your would need to make exceptional meals. Including an extensive variety of spices, teas and coffee for our guests use. There are tv's in every bedroom and there is also a media room and Art studio, perfect for the kids. The house has plenty of board games and a pinball machine. there’s so much to do in the Laurel highlandsCaddyshack, etc.. falling

there is a gas start for the fire place on the left side on the floor. once there fire is up and burning , Please turn off the gas.
