The location is great. Condo was clean. However the couch is broken down and uncomfortable to sit on. It would be nice to have a couple of lamps or floor lamp for lower lighting.

Aloha, thank you for the suggestion with the lamps...although the condo does have quite a bit of lighting, we love the idea of softer, lower lighting and will look into it.
The couch is a newly purchased Ashley Furniture sleeper sectional. We understand that comfort preferences can vary from guest to guest, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

The location is excellent, not too far out of town, but far enough to be away from the madness. The view of the crashing waves on the rocks is nice. There was a high surf advisory while we were there, so the surfers were out at the break, which was entertaining to watch. The condo is minimally well equipped and the cookware and appliances were new. There were a few issues and lack of attention to detail that keep me from giving it 5 stars. The bathroom towel rack was not securely fastened into the bracket and fell to the floor upon first touch. There is a glass pane missing from one of the louvered windows in the bedroom. The air conditioning unit in the living room was only taped to the vent and came undone, but we didn’t use the air conditioner. The batteries to the living room fan remote were corroded and had to be cleaned to make it work properly. The sliding screen door to the balcony needed to be lubed in order to slide properly. And just for information, the balcony is not private as the adjacent unit must access the stairway to the pool area in front of the unit. Sounds like I’m nit-picking a bit but potential renters should be well informed.
