The accommodations were perfect:The host walked me through the easy process of checking in during one of the snowiest days for NYC.The Apt was very clean and nice with all the necessities we needed and more.It was very comfortable and my group of four easily managed the one bathroom shower, although it was a little tight.The location is excellent.NYC is a walking town which my group loves. We had no problem with traveling up the stairs to the fourth floor to enjoy our accommodations.I highly recommend the place.

Security of the entrance was good , felt a safe neighbourhood and close to theatre district .Would have liked the location entry instructions a little earlier but managed to make it work as we were arriving late it’s always a concern when you go somewhere new . We had a great time at this property. It was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — a coffee maker (with coffee), washer/dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a fully stocked kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was great — just a few easy blocks to the Theatre District and Times Square, which made getting around and enjoying the city incredibly convenient. But at the same time, away from the noisy "hustle and bustle", which was appreciated.Blair, Chrissy, and their team went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe (we arrived very late our first night) and had everything we needed for our stay. They communicate via a group text, which was a little unconventional (at least in my experience), but it actually made it very easy to get quick responses and assistance whenever we needed it. The self-check-in video was very helpful.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in the heart of the city.

Absolutely spectacular. Very clean, great price, roomy, and within walking distance to most attractions! 15 minutes walking distance from Times Square, Richard Roger’s Theater, Blue Box Cafe/T&Co. I would stay here again and can’t say enough wonderful things about this apartment! My husband and I took our 16 year old triplets to NY for their spring break, we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Thanks so much!
