Welcome to this awesome house in Prineville. With four spacious bedrooms featuring two king beds and two queen beds, guests can enjoy plenty of room to relax. The four bathrooms include both bathtubs and showers, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. Inside, the space stays comfortable with heating and air conditioning, while thoughtful touches like gas fire, gas bbq on patio, washer & dryer, all essential an iron and hair dryer. Whether you’re gathering for a cozy night in or spreading out for some quiet time, this fantastic home offers a soothing retreat. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Start the towels and put into dry. Run the vacuum if you had a dog in the house! Strip down all the sheets on used beds and pile in the laundry room as well as all used towels!
Dispose of all food and take out the garbage. Load all used dishes into the distant run it. Make sure if you also had a dog that all dog poo outside is locked up and put into the garbage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Excessive guest, $100 charged for each unwanted guest…No vaping or smoking in or around the property $350 charge for smoking, vaping in the home.
Additional fees if house is left a mess$350.000. Flesh only toilet paper.
