The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4-burner electric cooktop, blender, air fryer, sandwich maker, coffee machine, electric coffee maker, water dispenser, a set of lidded pots, iron and ironing board, and a washer-dryer, ensuring complete functionality for daily use.

The living room features blackout curtains, air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, a sofa, and a full-length mirror, creating a pleasant space to relax.

The balcony includes a dining table, glass-enclosed panels, and a beverage cooler, ideal for unwinding.

The bedroom offers blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a 44-inch Smart TV, providing comfort for restful nights.

The bathroom is equipped with an electric shower, hair dryer, and a window, ensuring practicality and good ventilation.

The condominium offers several common areas for residents, all located on the rooftop.

The pool undergoes maintenance on Mondays and also on Tuesdays until 9 a.m. After that time, and from Wednesday to Sunday, it is open for everyone to use.

Due to the limited capacity of the common areas, the condominium assembly decided to restrict the use of the pool and rooftop by short-term rental guests on New Year’s Eve (12/31).

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
