SEENZEIT - NEW, WITH DREAMLIKE SEA VIEW

The completely renovated in 2019/20 SEENZEIT invites you to experience relaxation and well-being! You leave the stress of everyday life, escape from the everyday environment and experience a relaxed and unforgettable vacation.
Here you will find pictures, information, prices and free dates of the new ground floor apartment and a wide view of the lake. It is located on an undeveloped hillside, just a few minutes' walk from the shores of Lake Constance.
Your parking lot is right in front of the SEENZEIT apartment.
The use of bicycles (2 adult bikes) is included in the price.
Höri great moments for the soul and time for yourself.
The beautiful short three-minute path leads along beautiful half-timbered houses to the bakery and shops, restaurants directly to the harbor and bathing beach. The bus stop is also a 5-minute walk away. The parking lot is directly in front of the apartment.

Spend a relaxing holiday in our bright, lovingly and very comfortably furnished apartment (76 sqm) with a large south-facing terrace, which is located on the ground floor. It consists of a modern, fully equipped kitchen with Boras stove system, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso, filter coffee machine) etc.
You can expect a spacious dining and living room area with media wall and a high-quality Brühl designer couch and sofa bed. The bedroom consists of a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) with high quality comfort mattresses.

In addition to a comfort shower, the bathroom has a bidet. The bedroom can be completely darkened. The equipment includes holiday reading, BlueRayes, DVDs, CDs, plus streaming board games complement our offer. Bedding and towels are included. If you have any questions, you can always contact a local contact person.

Enjoy your vacation days on the picturesque Höri, which captivates with a mixture of nature, culinary, art and culture.

The municipality of Öhningen-Wangen charges a visitor's tax.
The tourist tax per person and day of stay is € 1.50 in the high season (April 1st - October 31st) and € 1.00 in the low season (November 1st - March 31st).
The day of arrival and departure are counted together as one day of stay.
Children up to the age of 15 Are exempt from the tourist tax.
The amount is to be paid separately and will be paid in full to the community.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Wohnung. Angefangen mit dem tollen Blick vom großen Balkon auf den See, die gemütlichen Möbel, sowohl auf dem Balkon, als auch im Wohnzimmer / Esszimmer, bis hin zum hervorragenden Bett. In der Küche ist alles zu finden, was man braucht, egal ob genügend Gläser, Geschirr oder Besteck, oder Pfannen und Töpfe. Alles da. Das WLAN ist schnell und zuverlässig (auch wichtig, da wir einen Tag arbeiten mussten)Der Kontakt war vom ersten Moment an sehr gut du zeitnah, nach Ankunft gab es direkt auch noch telefonisch Frühstücks- und Restaurattipps. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, zum See sind es nur wenige Gehminute. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Danke liebe Familie Ackermann, auch für die leckerer Marmelade…

Die Bilder dieser Ferienwohnung sprechen für sich. Ein schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung. Jeder Urlaubstag beginnt hier mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Bodensee.Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier ist an jedes Detail gedacht worden. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr nett und jederzeit möglich. Wir haben hier einen schönen Jahreswechsel erlebt und kommen gern noch einmal. Alles super. Sehr schöne große und saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Bodensee. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir hatten vor dem Urlaub Kontakt per E-Mail und es wurden uns alle Fragen superschnell beantwortet. Herr Ackermann hat uns während des Urlaubs kurz angerufen und nach gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit sei. Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Geschmackvolle Feeo mit wunderschönem Seeblick. Wohlfühlen pur

Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter klappte hervorragend. Die Wohnung war super eingerichtet, was besonders für die Küche gilt . Für Hobbyköche ein Traum. Dazu kommt der Blick auf den See. Wir hatten nicht immer Glück mit dem Wetter. Da war die große Fensterfront sehr hilfreich. Es war trotzdem hell und einladend.

Vermieter betritt die Wohnung in unserer Abwesenheit!!

Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön ausgestattet, toller Blick vom Balkon. Leider stimmte die Beschreibung der Umgebung im Online-Auftritt nicht mit der Realität überein. Für uns war dies mitentscheidend für die Buchung, entsprechend groß unsere Enttäuschung. Aber das Schlimmste…um ein Problem zu beheben, kam der Vermieter in unserer Abwesenheit in die Wohnung und hat dann noch stolz einen Zettel hinterlassen, dass alles ok sei! Dieses Eindringen in unsere Privatsphäre hat uns sehr schockiert! Von einer Anzeige wegen Hausfriedensbruch haben wir abgesehen, wollen es aber öffentlich machen. Dementsprechend….NIE WIEDER

Toller Bodensee-Ausblick

Man hat vom großen Hauptraum (Wohn-, Küchen-, Essraum) durch die großen Scheiben einen tollen Ausblick auf den Untersee bzw. Hochrhein. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben hochwertig und vollständig, das gilt auch für Bad und Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastisch

Die Wohnung ist äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und Zuhause gefühlt. Es hat grossen Spass in der toll ausgestatteten Küche zu kochen. Die Geräte sind absolut hochwertig. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind überaus bequem, tolle Matratzen! Der Werkbank-Lavabo-Tisch ist ja mal eine geniale Idee, so etwas haben wir noch nie gesehen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See war eifach herrlich. Sehr hilfreich war die Waschmaschine, bei den täglich weit über 30 Grad. Im Weiteren hervorzuheben ist die äusserst nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Sie haben immer sehr schnell auf Fragen oder Anliegen reagiert. Einmal wollte die Waschmaschine nicht anspringen. Erholung/Radfahren

Herr Rolf Ackermann kümmert sich jederzeit um seine Gäste. Gerade angekommen wurden wir bereits kontaktiert, ob das Einchecken funktioniert habe. Die Wohnung ist äußert hochwertig, die Küche eine Topausstattung. Der Blick vom Balkon auf dem Bodensee ist traumhaft. Man braucht eigentlich die Wohnung nicht zu verlassen, da sie so viel bietet, dass man dort dauerhaft verweilen kann. Wir haben dann doch schöne Radtouren am Bodensee und am Rhein entlang gemacht und sind in die naheliegende Schweiz gefahren. Der Hit war, dass Herr Ackermann uns zum Segelbootfahren eingeladen hat. Insgesamt war es ein rundum toller Urlaub. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die Bereitstellung der super Wohnung und den problemlosen Ablauf.

Schöne Aussicht

Sehr schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz und sehr bequemer grosser Polstergruppe. Direkter Seeblick und ruhig gelegen. Top Küche inkl. Ausstattung. Von allem (Geschirr & Töpfe) war alles ausreichend vorhanden, einfach perfekt! Schlafzimmer hinten raus ebenfalls sehr ruhig (Sackgasse), aber vor allem lobenswert sind die sehr guten Matratzen. Schon lange nicht mehr so gut und ohne Rückenschmerzen in einer Ferienwohnung übernachtet. Einfach super! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter waren immer gut erreichbar.

Super Ausblick

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war bestens vorbereitet und durchdacht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum . Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Für uns persönlich ist die Straße auf Gartenseite ein kleines Manko. Aber das empfindet jeder anders. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

The view

Das Haus in dem die Ferienwohnung liegt ist äußerlich wenig ansprechend. Es atmet den spröden Charm der siebziger Jahre mit viel Waschbeton und wenig Blumen. Der Zugang gestaltete sich etwas schwierig (Schlüsselkasten, Wohnungstür). Einmal in der Wohnung war der Eindruck überwältigend. Eine Aussicht wie auf einer Panoramapostkarte. Die Wohnung selbst ist neuwertig, durchgehend maritim-modern gestaltet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Bedienung der hochwertigen Unterhaltungselektronik machte einige Mühe. Dem ebenfalls hochwertigen Herd haben wir schlussendlich doch noch Wärme entlocken können, dagegen war die Bedienung des Backofens eindeutig. Das Bad ist ebenfalls stylisch schön aber die Waschbeckenarmatur mit nassen Händen nicht zu bedienen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit der Familie Ackermann war überaus freundlich.

Zusammenfassung

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Vermieter konnte jederzeit kontaktiert werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten könnten besser sein. Leider auch keine Bäckerei vor Ort.
