About this property

Apartment for 1 - 4 people, including bathroom and kitchen

The apartment is a new building and is located on the 1st floor. It has a small 6 sqm balcony where you can enjoy the weather on warm days. (Seating set is coming soon). There is a bedroom with a large double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 more people. The newly built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, coffee machine, toaster, basic cleaning agents (tea towel, detergent) and various spices.
The back of the apartment is a small stream, where the fields and meadows also begin. It is great for walking or cycling.
The apartment is equipped with a ventilation system.
The apartment is in a courtyard in a quiet location.
A village shop is a three-minute walk away, where groceries and fresh baked goods can be bought.

The place Landsberg can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. In Landsberg there are many sights u. a. our beautiful Lechwehr, historic city center, Bayertor, mother tower etc.

The beautiful Ammersee can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Mini golf can be played here, a paddle boat trip across the lake or a steamboat trip to Andechs Monastery. With somewhat older children, the high ropes course is also a great destination.

The village of Weil itself has an inn with home-style Bavarian cuisine, a pony farm, etc.

Einfach perfekt!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende. Alles war einfach perfekt: Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und tollem Bad. Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Check-In und Check-Out ganz easy. Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen und Gasthof nur 3 bzw. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Wie gesagt, alles perfekt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
