Just a short walk or quick 2-minute bike ride to Camp WaterColor, this beautifully designed home blends upscale finishes with relaxed coastal living. A 6-seat golf cart/LSV is included for easy beach days and exploring the community.
The inviting front porch sets the tone for vacation living. Inside, the open-concept living space is filled with natural light and overlooks a peaceful nature preserve, offering rare privacy and a calm coastal backdrop.
The gourmet kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, featuring a Wolf gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, built-in ice maker, wine bar, quiet Bosch dishwasher, and a large quartz island. A second porch off the kitchen invites alfresco dining surrounded by lush greenery.

We had an incredible first time in Water Color experience! The house is gorgeous, great location, neighborhood can’t be beat, access to bikes and golf cart were key and Ginger was super communicative and helpful.We hope to come back!!

Home was very accommodating for pets. However, 2 of the bedrooms are up a spiral staircase and our dog knows how to go up but not come down so we had to block it off so he didn’t go up them! The golf cart is an added bonus! The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc! We were able to cook our New Year’s Day lunch! The owner was always available to answer any questions we had! Will definitely be renting again! There is talk of it even getting its own pool!!!
