Hello Sharon,
Thank you so much for your review! However, I’d like to clarify that the TV is working perfectly with no issues. It appears it was simply disconnected from Wi-Fi, and all that was needed was to reconnect it using the credentials we repeatedly shared while assisting with troubleshooting.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but this seems to have been a user-related issue.
