In this accommodation, the holiday begins with beds already made and towels provided.

The living space of the approx. 54 sqm accommodation is divided into a living / dining room, two separate bedrooms, a hallway, a shower room and a furnished south-facing loggia.
The living room with a comfortable corner couch offers relaxation, furthermore the flat-screen TV with cable connection as well as a radio with CD player, plenty of board games and books don't get boring. There is a dining table with chairs at your disposal. From the living room you can access the wonderful, furnished south-facing loggia, where you can enjoy the sun from noon until late in the evening.

The fully equipped kitchen has u. a. via a refrigerator with freezer, 4-plate convection cooker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine and a new Bosch Tassimo machine.
