Gorgeous villa in a quiet hamlet

We picked the villa primarily because of it’s location- we like to be in the country slightly but within easy reach of visits to towns/ harbours and beaches etc. The villa was perfect for this- you’ll obviously need a car but it was an easy 30-40 minutes drive to the coastal towns of Pore, Rovinj and Pula. There is a little cafe/ bar and shop 2 mins drive away and big shops and facilities 5 mins away. So it was perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Istrian peninsula. A highlight for us was how friendly and thoughtful the hosts were- they were always attentive to messages and during our stay delivered homemade/ homegrown local produce which was lovely to try! The villa itself is huge - as the photos show, with plenty of space for our family. It has been well equipped and is immaculate. There is so much outside space- with options to eat outside/ relax on balconies or in the garden. The kitchen is modern with everything you could want but we cooked mainly on the outside BBQ which was lovely.

Die Villa entspricht exakt den Bildern – genauso schön und gepflegt, wie man sie online sieht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Tochter des Eigentümers empfangen. Die Kommunikation verlief auf Englisch, was für uns etwas holprig war, da meine Frau und ich nicht besonders gut Englisch sprechen.Im Kühlschrank warteten bereits einige Lebensmittel auf uns, sogar ein frisches Brot war vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist einfach top – es fehlt an nichts, alles ist durchdacht und vollständig ausgestattet.Dass die Villa nur mit drei Sternen bewertet ist, können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Aus unserer Sicht verdient sie fünf Sterne.Wir waren Ende September dort, weshalb wir den Pool leider nicht voll nutzen konnten – es war einfach zu kühl. Ich habe ihn dennoch dreimal genutzt und es sehr genossen.Die Villa liegt sehr abgelegen, sodass man ganz für sich ist und die wunderschöne Natur sowie die Ruhe in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Die Eigentümer wohnen ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, in einem kleinen separaten Haus – was in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wird, uns aber keineswegs gestört hat. Bei Fragen war immer jemand sofort erreichbar.Wie gesagt: Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist traumhaft, es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Barbecue-Area ist ein echtes Highlight – man kann sowohl mit Gas als auch mit Holzkohle grillen.Die Eigentümer sind äußerst gastfreundlich und stehen einem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen u

Schönes Haus, nette Besitzer. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern und drei Freunden da. Genug Platz für alle. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist schnell in "Aktionreichere" Gegenden. Der Pool, die Balkone der Grillplatz laden für Aufenthalte draußen ein. Sehr bequem. Und Abends oder bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es sich innen richtig gemütlich machen. Meine Frau und ich sind begeistert. Wird würden noch mal dort Urlaub machen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, leider hat das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt.Dies macht aber für Gesamteindruck keinen Unterschied. Unsere Kontaktperson(Tochter) und auch die Mutter waren überaus freundlich und kompetent. Wir wurden sehr Herzlich empfangen und auch das Willkommens-Geschenk konnte sich sehen lassen. Wir kommen wieder. liebe und freundliche Grüße Familie Duckstein

Fantastisk hus og skøn vært!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i dette skønne hus! Alt fungerede og passede med de fine billeder. Værtinden sørgede for en fin velkomst og tog imod os og gennemgik huset. Der var fint rent og dejlig velkomstpakke i køleskabet (lokal kage og drikkelse). Ejeren bor på grunden og det er kun en stor fordel! De er meget diskrete men til gengæld meget tilgængelige når man har brug for det! Vi fik fine tips til seværdigheder og indkøb. Vi fik gas da vi manglede det og de sørgede for at lukke vinduer mens vi var ude på tur da det regnede. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold. Et hus vi sagtens kunne besøge igen!

Super zufrieden

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, es waren sogar Getränke für uns im Kühlschrank und Brot fürs Frühstück 😍 und das Geburtstagskind wurde an seinem Jubeltag mit Kuchen überrascht. Der Pool war jeden Tag unser Highligt und im Garten konnte man genütlich unter einem schattigen Baum verweilen oder grillen. Wir waren alle sehr glücklich in unserem Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder 😍

Schönes gepflegtes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Der Verwalter, oder Besitzer? wohnt auf dem Gelände, was aus der Beschreibung leider nicht hervorgeht. War aber kein Problem, im Gegenteil, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
